From
the report of the United Nations, it is clear as our planet faces a growing
food crisis; in the world, 800 million people are regularly undernourished. The
world facing the challenges that involve not only providing sufficient meal for
every person but also assuring a balanced diet that includes the protein and
nutrients that are essential for a healthy life. The current diet requires vast
amounts of land, water, and energy which is causes of the heavily polluting and
climate change. For the Healthy
Sustainable Planet, reduce pollution is important. To solve global
macro-hunger, marine microalgae could be a sustainable solution. Microalgae are
found in both freshwater and marine aquatic systems which able to produce amino
acids, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, polymers, and
carbohydrates. All peoples can help the planet by taking part in a global
transition to algae-burgers.
